What is TalisVibe?

TalisVibe is a Shanghai-based cultural lifestyle brand founded in 2025. We design and curate decorative objects inspired by ancient Eastern artistic traditions.

What are your products made of?

Our physical products include:

  • Framed artwork — Hand-drawn ink on paper, mounted in a premium display frame.
  • Amulet necklaces — Hand-painted Thangka-style artwork on genuine leather pendants.
  • Door ornaments — Solid wood construction with magnetic mounting.
  • Digital wallpapers — High-resolution JPEG files for desktop or mobile screens.

What are TalisVibe products intended for?

All TalisVibe products are decorative art pieces inspired by Eastern cultural symbolism. They are intended for aesthetic enjoyment and personal reflection only. They do not constitute religious objects, medical devices, or any form of treatment or therapy.


Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including credit cards and PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us at service@talisvibe.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.


Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Shanghai, China.

How long does shipping take?

Physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs clearance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Are there delays during Chinese public holidays?

Yes. Our fulfillment center observes Chinese public holidays including Chinese New Year, National Day (Golden Week), and others. Orders placed during these periods will be fulfilled on the next business day after the holiday ends. We recommend ordering at least 7 days in advance of major holiday periods.


Digital Products

How do I receive my digital download?

Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. You will receive a download link to access your files. No physical item will be shipped.

What file format are the digital wallpapers?

All digital wallpapers are provided as high-resolution JPEG files, optimized for desktop or mobile screens depending on the product.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the file has been delivered or accessed. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected (3–5 business days), approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
