Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with TalisVibe. By placing an order, you agree to the following policy.

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please email service@talisvibe.com as soon as possible.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production, been fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under this policy.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. A $10 return fee will be deducted from the refund for each approved return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for sending eligible non-defective items to the return address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TalisVibe is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

The $10 return fee and return shipping costs will be waived if:

• The item is defective

• The item was damaged during shipping

• You received an incorrect item

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized or personalized products once production has begun

• Digital products after delivery or access

• Consultations and other service-based products once the service has begun

• Used, worn, altered, or damaged items not caused by TalisVibe

How to Request a Return

Email service@talisvibe.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

• Clear photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions if approved. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The $10 return fee and any non-refundable shipping charges will be deducted where applicable. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
