1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the special nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized Products — Including but not limited to personalized decorative items or custom jewelry. Once production has started or completed, returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • Digital Products — Including digital wallpapers or downloadable content. Once delivered or accessed, refunds are not available.
  • Service-Based Products — Including consultations or custom services. Once the service has begun or been completed, refunds are not available.

2. Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Product defects or significant deviation from product description.
  • Damage during shipping.
  • Incorrect items received.

3. Return Request Timeframe

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
  • For shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photographic evidence.
  • Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

4. Return Request Process

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or refund
  • Product photos (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Once approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging
  • For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
  • For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method

6. Refund Process

  • Returned items will be inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time of 3–5 business days may apply
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects.

TalisVibe products are intended for decorative and cultural art appreciation purposes only. They do not constitute religious certification, medical advice, or treatment.

8. Holiday Shipping Notice

TalisVibe is based in China. In observance of Chinese public holidays, our fulfillment center will be closed and orders will not be processed or shipped during the following periods each year:

  • Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) — approx. 7–10 days (Jan/Feb)
  • Qingming Festival (Tomb Sweeping Day) — 3 days (early April)
  • Labour Day (May Day) — 5 days (May 1–5)
  • Dragon Boat Festival — 3 days (June)
  • Mid-Autumn Festival — 3 days (Sep/Oct)
  • National Day (Golden Week) — 7 days (Oct 1–7)

Orders placed during these periods will be fulfilled on the next business day after the holiday ends. We recommend placing your order at least 7 days before a holiday period to avoid delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
